Application Procedure:

Interested candidates must use the designated Application Form accessible on the University’s official website or obtain it from the Registrar’s Office at the University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan. Submission of the Application Form, along with comprehensive Bio-data, attested/verified photocopies of all Diplomas, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs, is mandatory.

A non-refundable Application Processing Fee must be paid as follows: Rs. 5000/- for BPS-19 and TTS positions, Rs. 3000/- for BPS-17 and 18 positions, Rs. 2000/- for BPS-11, 14, and 16 positions, and Rs. 1000/- for BPS-1, 5, and 7 positions. The fee should be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Khyber Limited, Account No. 3003771977, Branch Code (0129), with the original deposit slip securely attached to the application form. It’s important to note that applications accompanied by a deposit slip with an amount less than the specified fee will not be processed.

Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and deposit fees for each post. Those currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Institutions must route their applications through the proper channels; failure to comply will lead to disqualification.

For positions within the Animal & Veterinary Sciences, registration with the PVMC is mandatory. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted and invited for the test/interview. Please be informed that no travel or daily allowances will be provided for attending the test/interview, and candidates must present their original documents during the interview process.
